"O hotel está totalmente reformado. O estacionamento ainda não está pronto, obrigando-nos a parar na rua. A cama é super confortável e o quarto é espaçoso. O aquecedor é digital, o espelho do banheiro acende e os amenities são de ótima qualidade, embora de perfume muito sutil. Deveriam deixar os dados de Wi-Fi no quarto ou entregarem junto com as chaves no check in."

We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. "Loved being able to stay in the original "castle" part of the building, but the layout for the lovely bathroom (in a round turret of the building) needs to be rethought. The claw-foot tub presented quite a problem for us mobility-challenged patrons to maneuver, and left a huge puddle behind the tub after showering. Lighting in the bathroom needs improvement for applying makeup, and putting the toilet paper holder on the back wall behind the toilet made it impossible to reach. Nowhere to hang...
