"The hotel has been updated and the lobby looked inviting. Much of the carpeting in the hallway looked as if there was black streaks of tar. Perhaps from workers who come in after their shift is over. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had long black hair on it, we had to clean it. "Fantastic pet friendly stay for me and my dog over a wedding weekend. The staff was kind and the room was clean."

"Friendly"

"Change the sheets on the bed."

We were here maybe 6 hours to sleep and I was so mad I spent money. Even the cheap price this is...

"Great view and staff was helpful and property was very clean. We’ll managed"

"It was my first visiting your hotel and everything was really nice. Staff nice rooms clean. Definitely would visit again."

"Mrs. Pam was a wonderful host and most helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we got to dine with the horses. We would love to return for horse riding in the near future. Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Room constantly smelled like smoke in the toilet was leaking"

As a prominent hotel chain, your total lack of customer accommodation, poor facility maintenance, and complete disregard for basic guest comfort are entirely unacceptable. First, I inadvertently booked the same room twice. While I take full ownership of the initial error, your system clearly reflected the duplicate reservation. For a company generating millions in revenue, refusing to refund $213 for an...
