"The property was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of Lake Sconti, golf green and covered bridge. It felt like we were in a private treehouse with a cozy atmosphere inside. There is delicious food at the Big Canoe Clubhouse, and at nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the Lucky Hare and the Old Mulehouse in Jasper. We'd recommend this property to anyone!"

Did find a few things that led me to believe the cleaning wasn’t the best. "The Perch Unit 1 did not disappoint. It could not be in a better location to access all the great eats, drinks, and shops in downtown Blue Ridge. ROE Restaurant on the bottom floor was great. When we needed to use the restroom, we took the elevator up to the condo. We will be back."
