"The condo was clean and perfect for our stay."

"Nothing beats the location of this property! Plus, the host (Tom) was incredibly communicative. Overall great stay in 30A."

"Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean. There were 4 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo on the morning we left. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was such a cute place for a quick weekend trip for my daughter and I. The room was super clean and perfect for two people. Hosts were very quick with responding. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The tram was easy to use for getting to the beach. I will say if you are using your own beach chairs and umbrella get to the beach super early or you will not get a spot. Gates open at 6am! If renting chairs you might want to call ahead or there is a chance you’ll be in the...

"We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back"

"Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!"

"Location was great, king bed was comfortable, had a little issue with the air, had to turn it off a couple of times and cut it back on for it to start cooling, also the pull out couch was broken so that could use an update. Besides those little hiccups, everything was nice! Beach was beautiful, pool was beautiful! Plenty of chairs and not crowded!"

"Beautiful place! Very clean, Graham was amazing to communicate with and extremely helpful with all questions."

"Room was clean and very close to everything 30A has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend it enough!"

"The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. The king room is very large and both closets are big enough for a newton baby crib or pack n play which made it incredible for both kids to sleep in our room. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were...

"Beautiful suite with a great view of the gulf and the surrounding community! Everything was just as described and we were more than pleased with our stay!"

"The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!"

"Great stay. Excellent host."

"Beautiful location but however, place needs little bit of Deep cleaning, it has smelled of unpleasantness. We didn’t expect that but of all it was pretty good stayed."

"The property was very clean, cute and close to amenities. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again."
