"Very nice property, clean and convenient to downtown Denver activities and attractions. Street parking was easy, but we were only there Tues-Fri, so not sure how it would be on the weekend or during an event. If you like washcloths, bring your own. Towels, linens and decor could use an upgrade, but this is really a nitpick. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the balcony is nice for morning coffee."
