"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"Didn’t use the amenities.
I believe the employee that check is in was Tanya! Super pleasant and very helpful.
Only complaint is the bathroom was a little small.
Had to shut the door to use the toilet.
Other than that it was super clean. And location was great!
Oh! And 1 complaint! We waited for an hour for housekeeping, they didn’t come. We had to leave and left the do not disturb on the door. When we returned the items we were waiting for were on the bed."
