"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

The staff (each and everyone) made our stay that much better, from toilet paper to directions to just talking they made my family feel welcome. The hotels amenities were outstanding. "The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...

"This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay."

"The staff across the board were excellent! Very helpful and extremely courteous. Only issue is had was the parking garage and fees. Be prepared to have a 259 dollar hold on your card for that and damage fee that you should recieve back within a few buisness days"

"The room was clean and larger than average. We had a pull out couch in addition to our 2 Queens, which was so helpful. With an almost adult son and daughter, we could all have our own sleeping space. The bathroom vanity could have been a little bigger but there was a nice shelf below for more space. "Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Had no issues with my stay. Tv menu options is limited but now a days most people stream on their devices so no problem for me. In all, it was a good 2 days stay. "

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

"Great location, great ocean view! Got to see dolphins in the morning. Great balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Free Parking garage was helpful. The included breakfast was good. The staff was right on top of the breakfast area. Very clean area, they would come around and take dirty plates. They wiped down the tables right away and the chairs.
