"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...

"This is a spectacular little boutique hotel in downtown Norfolk. The location is great for walking to the theater and the water district. There’s dining everywhere. The biggest bonus is the glass art museum that’s included with your stay."

"Only complaint I have is the parking garage, parking was super tight and I drove a car that is low to the ground so it dragged terrible going up every level and I was on the fifth floor. Other than parking everything else was excellent!"

"Garage parking is convenient. However our room TV did not work and is situated in an awkward format. There was wig hair found all over the room. And the temperature of the room was not consistent. We were gone most of the day and when we returned the room would be in the mid 70s when coming off a hot baseball tournament you would hope you can come back to a room that you set the temp to 70 on."

The staff was right on top of the breakfast area. Very clean area, they would come around and take dirty plates. They wiped down the tables right away and the chairs.
