Ocean View Studio - Overlooking the Boardwalk and Beach!

Oceanaire @ Ocean Beach Club offers some of the most upscale accommodations and an array of amenities, located just steps from the sand in Virginia Beach. Unwind at one of the 2 oceanfront pools, an adults-only infinity pool with bar service and an indoor pool with water features.

THE SPACE

Additional amenities include a 10th floor lounge and sundeck overlooking the ocean, a 17th floor ocean view fitness center, a game room and daily planned activities. Enjoy a specialty cocktail at Ultra Craft Cocktails Lounge, or dine poolside for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Tortugas Café & Tiki Bar, open seasonally.

This is a Studio unit with Ocean View Balcony that sleeps four (4) people. 2 Double Beds, Table with 2 chairs, Kitchenette, 32" cable TV, and bathroom. The Kitchenette has a Sink, Microwave, smaller Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, etc, but there is no stove or oven. Glasses, plates, and utensils are also provided. This unit is approx. 345sq ft.

*** Please note the Kitchenette includes a Microwave, Sink, Small Fridge, Coffee Maker, and glasses, plates, and utensils. You can prepare light meals or sandwiches, heat up leftovers using the microwave, etc, but there is no stove top or oven.

The location of Oceanaire @ Ocean Beach Club is on the north end of the boardwalk, and near many of the better restaurants and outdoor lounging areas. You can walk or ride your bike on the 3 mile boardwalk.

The Ocean Breeze Water Park is only 10 minutes away. Or this offers a convenient location from which to schedule day trips to tour nearby Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, or Busch Gardens / Water Country.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN

Your unit is private, but since this is a resort hotel property, amenities will be shared with other guests (Pools, Hot Tub, Roof Deck, etc)

The Front Desk is staffed 24hrs a day. You will check in with them. They will provide your room keys and be available to assist with any issues or questions during your stay.

Guest checking in at Front Desk must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID. Your Credit Card will be charged with a temporary hold amount of $1 to $100, and this amount will be fully refunded at checkout (minus any charges you may have made to your room).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and any questions or need for assistance. They are there to help you so please don't hesitate to engage them if needed.

- Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid photo ID and credit card for security deposit.

- Free parking is included with this unit, but the Ocean Beach Club / Oceanaire complex does not have direct onsite parking. There is a Parking Garage across the street where you will park and be given a parking key card to use during your stay.

- This is a FLOATING unit type. What that means is that you are guaranteed an OCEAN VIEW Studio as depicted in the photos, but your unit location (High or Low floor, North or South side of building, towards East or West side of building, etc) will be determined at Check In. You may also call the Front Desk ahead of time about 7-10 days before Check-In and request a certain unit location. Although you can never be guaranteed a specific location the Front Desk will usually try to accommodate requests if they can.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. Washers and Dryers are available on alternating floors for guests to use for free. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's Front Desk will also ask for this information when you check in, but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

- This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NEVER required.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Virginia Beach Boardwalk and surrounding area is unique among East Coast beach locations because it has many Oceanfront, Oceanside, Marina, and Bay dining choices, including many with outdoor seating. There is also live music venues all along the boardwalk in the evenings.

GETTING AROUND

If you like to ride bikes, you can park your car and almost not need it for the week as it is easy to travel the boardwalk on your bike. If you don't bring your own there are bike rental stations up and down the boardwalk, including one near Oceanaire (right outside the Sheraton).

There is a Virginia Beach trolley that runs up and down Atlantic Boulevard from 40th street down to the Marina below 5th street. This is also an effective way to travel up and down Atlantic Boulevard not needing a car.

ADDITIONAL 2020 COVID-19 STIPULATIONS:

- Due to the unique circumstances this year the unit is significantly discounted

- If the resort were to be closed, meaning unit is not available for occupancy, Renter would receive a 100% refund of any payments made, no questions asked.

- Although it is highly doubtful the resort would be closed in August there is no guarantee that every single dining / entertainment option in Virginia Beach and / or surrounding areas would be available and operating like normal due to any social distancing guidelines that may be (or may not be) put in place. Owner is not responsible for the fact that we don't know yet what we don't know in relation to this.

- It should be noted that the same would be true everywhere on the East Coast this summer (not just Virginia Beach). However Owner has provided a discounted nightly rate to compensate the Renter in advance for any potential impacts of this.
