I’m rating so highly due to being able to check in so early, and the kindness the front desk lady showed. That night I came down to bring awareness to the mold in the room, but the front desk guy was in a verbal argument with a customer stating that he was going to cancel the customers reservation due to lying about having a car and that he needed to leave the building. Needless to say, I waited until the staff changed before I brought up my concerns. For $200, I expected a better and cleaner hospitality experience.
