The Location
The Deichblick de Luxe vacation rental awaits you in a prime location on Nordstrand, just about 150 meters from the sea. The surroundings combine maritime charm with rural tranquility and are perfect for relaxing walks, bike rides, and excursions.
Directly behind the house is a fishing lake known for its abundant stock and diverse fish species, including trout, zander, and tench. The lake is suitable for anglers of all experience levels and covers an area of 2.9 hectares. A valid fishing license for Schleswig-Holstein and the appropriate fishing fee sticker are required for fishing; alternatively, a vacation fishing license can be applied for.

Cozy restaurants are just about 150 meters away, while shopping options are approximately 4 kilometers away.
The Strucklahnungshörn ferry and excursion port is just a few minutes away. From there, from April through October, the “Adler Express” offers a high-speed service twice daily to the Hallig Hooge, the islands of Amrum, Föhr, and Sylt! The route takes you through the entire world of islands and Halligs in the North Frisian Wadden Sea. Highly recommended in the summer—a day on the sandy beach of Amrum Island!
There is a ferry service to the neighboring island of Pellworm several times a day year-round; a day trip is especially recommended by bicycle or e-bike.

The apartment was completed in 2023 and is located on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator. With a cozy 38 square meters of space, it combines elegant design with a high level of comfort and can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

The open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with a stylish interior, featuring a cozy sofa bed, comfortable armchairs, and a large TV. Tasteful furnishings add harmonious accents. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available for your entertainment and to stay connected at all times.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with comfortable sleeping accommodations and high-quality tile flooring. It is ideal for families or couples. The modern bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a stylish sink, windows, and a hair dryer, provides additional comfort and a sense of well-being.

The high-quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment as well as practical kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

A special highlight is the cozy balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the fresh North Sea air. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating (geothermal), so you’ll feel completely comfortable even during the cooler months. All windows are also fitted with privacy screens.

Contactless check-in and check-out allow for flexible arrival and departure times. You’ll also find a complete set of bedding, hand towels, and dish towels provided.

Your four-legged companion is also welcome in this vacation rental. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. If you’re arriving in an electric car, you can conveniently charge it right outside the front door.

A small convenience store with fresh bread and rolls is about 50 m away. Restaurants are within sight and only about 150 m away.
The nearest beaches are right nearby at Norderhafen; a central swimming area with access to the water and a shower is located near the spa center, right next to the apartment building. Additional beaches can be found in Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km) and are easily accessible by bike.
