House Nordland is our secret favorite and sells out quickly. Therefore, we recommend booking early to snag this gem. The semi-detached house has been recently renovated, is located just behind the North Sea dike, and boasts a beautiful garden with a covered terrace. Here, you and your children or a couple of friends can feel right at home – or perhaps even a little nicer.

Relaxing, dining, and cooking are all conveniently located in one place: The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room and was recently renovated by the owners. Equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and ample counter space, it has everything holiday chefs need. Meals are best enjoyed next door at the rustic table with comfortable upholstered chairs, or even better, on the sheltered terrace. And while you linger there a little longer, the children can already be running around the garden again.

Only in the late evening does everyone gather in the living room, on the cozy corner sofa and the even cozier armchair, to relax, read, or watch television. And because Haus Nordland is connected to the fiber optic network, you can easily plan your next excursion in a flash.

Everything at Nordland is perfectly coordinated, and the upper floor is just as harmonious. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. We are happy to provide a cot and a highchair upon request. In the second bedroom, the little ones can dream of their next day on the mudflats in two separate beds (90 x 200 cm). A desk with a view of the greenery nestles into the alcove. There is also a built-in wardrobe, providing ample space for your holiday clothes. A shower and washing machine are located in the bright bathroom. An additional guest toilet near the entrance ensures that there are no morning rushes.

The terrace has a new roof, making it an ideal spot to relax from spring onwards or during inclement weather. You can park your cars in the carport or in the parking space next to the house. Bicycles can also be stored under the roof or in the bicycle shed.
