The Location
The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building in an exceptionally quiet location, right next to the outer dike, restaurants, and spa facilities such as the swimming pool. Shopping options are also within walking distance. The nearest beaches—Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km)—are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a ramp and a shower is located near the spa center, right next to the building. You can take the Adler ferries from Strucklahnungshörn (2 km) to explore the islands and Halligen.
Nordstrand is ideal for taking trips to the Uthlande—that is, the Halligen and islands of North Frisia—or for exploring surrounding towns and villages on a day trip.

The 73 m² vacation apartment (2nd floor, accessible by stairs and elevator) is tastefully and modernly furnished. The two bedrooms are equipped with two double beds (each 180 x 200) and each has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are also equipped with pollen-reducing fly screens. Amenities also include 3 TVs and a paid 11 kW charging station at your parking space (under construction). Another public charging station is located at a nearby parking lot.

In the cozy living room, a flat-screen TV (satellite) provides entertainment. In the beautiful dining area, you can lose yourself in your thoughts while enjoying the view of the lake and the dike.
The kitchenette is superbly equipped: ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker (filter size 4).
Both bathrooms feature inviting, walk-in rain showers. The highlight is the built-in steam sauna with a floor-to-ceiling window.
A washer-dryer is available in a small utility closet.
The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and indirect infrared elements.
On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day on garden furniture overlooking the island.

Your four-legged friend is welcome in our non-smoking vacation apartment. We're happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi and a parking space. You can store your bicycle in a bike shed. The vacation rental is heated by underfloor heating.


An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
