Our house called "CASA BELA VISTA ", which means " HOUSE BEAUTIFUL VIEW ". You will have a beautiful view to the village of Predreira and the seafront . Our Holiday home is the perfect place for people who like hiking.
The approximately 200 years old, built of volcanic stone house we have bought in August 2015 as a ruin. Then, in October 2015 we startet with the rebuilding until October 2016. We tried to preserve the original character of the house. For this purpose we have kept certain elements such as the window surrounds and door frames in the original. The interior of our Casa leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled (new indirect lighting) living living room has a wood stove, has a satellite TV, CD player (with many CD's), blue-tooth to connect with your Smartphone, a tv and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (incl. Dishwasher) and allowed to cook good to cook and bake. Here is a dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa. Two bedrooms with always new mattresses on the beds and proper duvets (unknown in the Azores) can be healthy and restful sleep. Sleeping Room Big: 2 x 1,90 m x 1 m (put together 1,90 m x 2 m). Sleeping Room Small: 1 x 1,40 m x 1,90 m. The Best of this house is its bathroom: It is huge, has a shower to walk in an a jakuzzi with a view over the whole east of the island. One set of bed, and two towels per person and week are included in the rental price always. The bathroom with toilet and built-in jakuzzi bathtub is spacious and bright and airy with a door to the veranda, and one big window.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschƶnen Ferienhaus einfach nur genossen, es konnte eigentlich gar nicht besser sein. Wenn man morgens schon den tollen Sonnenaufgang genieƟen darf, dann mit Blick aufs Meer auf der wunderschƶnen Terrasse frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken kann, dann kann ein Tag nicht besser starten. Und wenn man sich nach einem Ausflugstag freut, wieder in die Wohnung zurĆ¼ckzukommen, dann ist das, weil man sich hier einfach rundum wohlfĆ¼hlt. Die Insel ist einfach nur traumhaft schƶn, man kann so unglaublich viel sehen und unternehmen und dieses Haus rundet einen tollen, erlebnisreichen und trotzdem erholsamen Urlaub einfach ab - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an in dieses herrliche Haus verliebt. Es ist ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Es liegt im ruhigen Osten der Insel, trotzdem war es fĆ¼r uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r unsere zahlreichen Wanderungen. Wir kƶnnen das Haus uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What a great spot! The pictures are amazing but really don't do it justice. It is way bigger than we thought. The deck is absolutely HUGE! The view alone is a reason the book this property - the hot tub is a big treat as well. We were greeted with welcome gifts with all products made right in the AƧores. There is a book in the house that you must see. It shows the once ruin that is now this amazing property. They really put in some elbow grease into the restoration. We were very unlucky with the weather but watching the lighting storm over the water at night was breathtaking. It is very quite and peaceful. All you can hear are the countless birds as well as goats and roosters. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Amazing. Highly reccomended.

Bella Vista was an amazing place to stay; In terms of presentation, its location and the views it affords; it really is more than special. Stefan made us very welcome and ensured that our stay was super. There was even a care package for us when we arrived with locally produced goods. If you ever come to Sau Miguel, I would thoroughly recommend staying with Stefan in Nordeste. A small slice of heaven.

Nous avons beaucoup apprĆ©ciĆ© cette location. La vue sur la mer et les nuages qui passent est trĆØs reposante. Bien que cette maison se situe tout Ć  l'Est de l'Ć®le, il est possible de partir de cette base pour visiter toute l'Ć®le car les routes sont de qualitĆ© et une route rapide traverse presque toute l'ile sur sa longueur. La location est parfaitement Ć©quipĆ©e pour y passer un moyen ou long sĆ©jour dans un cadre agrĆ©able et calme. StĆ©phan, le propriĆ©taire est trĆØs sympathique et trĆØs rĆ©actif. A fortement recommander, location parfaite.

An exemplary property in a very quite part of the island. The most beautiful view from the patio of the ocean and village below. We thoroughly enjoyed the sites and the village of Nordeste. Stefan is a first class and gracious host, we had a nice sampling of food produced on the island upon or arrival. The hot tub was a welcome treat when we came back from a day of site seeing. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for four weeks May 2023. Excellent location for hiking trails and sightseeing. Don't miss turning left from the property and walking downhill to the delightful village of Pedreira and the municipal trail to Lombo Gordo beach. The local store a must see. This property is exactly as advertised. Ideal for two adults or small family. The owners live nearby and are very helpful. We recommend. . .

Wenn du gar nicht mehr weg willst oder auf jeden Fall wiederkommen mƶchtest, dann war das der perfekte Aufenthalt! Bei perfekten Gastgebern (freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und dabei vƶllig unaufdringlich) in einer perfekten Unterkunft (neu, modern, super sauber, alles Nƶtige wie komplette KĆ¼chenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Trocknerā€¦ und Annehmliche wie Ofen samt Holz, Grill, Sonnenliegen, Whirlpoor-Badewanneā€¦ war vorhanden). In unmittelbarer NƤhe findest du tolle Wandergebiete. Du wirst definitiv frĆ¼h aus den Federn steigen, denn den traumhaften Sonnenaufgang, den du von der Terrasse aus genieƟen kannst, willst du dir keinen Morgen entgehen lassen.

If you're thinking of staying in this region, this is really the place. It's easy to get to town for a stroll or something to eat (7arcos was friendly and not fussy) -- or a quick jaunt down the hill to the smaller town -- but also so rewarding if you just sit on the terrace and enjoy the views. It's like it just provides all the benefits of meditation without any of the discipline! Stargazers welcome.

We had such a great time staying at Stefanā€™s house. The house is beautiful and clean, the views are amazing, and there are so many nice extras like the jacuzzi tub, wood stove, and outdoor grill. The area is quiet and beautiful, and the town is very friendly. Stefan was a very accommodating and helpful host. I would definitely recommend this house for staying in the Nordeste area.

Prachtig huis met fenomenaal uitzicht, zowel vanuit de living als de badkamer. Ik kook zelf graag en hiervoor is het huis goed uitgerust. De omgeving is heel mooi en leent zich goed tot het maken van wandelingen. Verschillende gemarkeerde wandelpaden in de buurt. Zeer hulpvaardige en aangename hosts. Een topper!

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus hat durch seine hohe Lage einen faszinierenden Blick auf den Atlantik. Auch die Ausstattung lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und modern.

The location of this property is more remote than others on the island and that was exactly what we were looking for. There are many things to do only a short drive away. We enjoyed exploring everything that this area of Sao Miguel had to offer and coming home to the magnificent view that Casa Santa II offers
