"Room was clean. Hotel was in excellent repair. Pool area was well used but well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better but it’s a simple buffet and was adequate for being included. "

"Great price for a clean room and free hot breakfast! Property is older and a little janky (our toilet paper holder was coming loose from the wall, raw edges on the newly installed vanity/sink, VERY LOUD heat/AC unit as others have mentioned), BUT the room was clean, staff was incredibly helpful, clean and comfortable bed/pillows, and free breakfast in the morning. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in Kirksville at least a dozen times and have regularly been disappointed in lack of amenities,...

"I will definitely be back to stay in each sweet but (I will leave alcoholic boys who bully woman at home) and bring my children now that I know there’s a pool! We will try every room… mom will get her time away from caregiving and treat us queens to beautiful historic luxury at a fraction of city prices and it’s 20 miles away! In case I’m needed by my sweet mom on hospice … to the staff that made sure I was safe you’re amazing…I’m so sad I missed breakfast but trust me I’ll be back! "
