"My stay at this hotel was below expectations. The carpet in the room was not clean, which compromised the overall comfort. I also noticed that the reception desk was often left unattended, creating a lack of security since anyone could access the property without control.
The parking area did not feel safe either, as there were people consuming alcohol and other substances inside their vehicles. This environment made me uncomfortable during my stay.

"The room was large and very nice. We slept well because the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the omelettes. The hotel has traditional Irish decor. We are looking forward to having an Irish dinner tonight."
"I stayed in the Harley-Davidson room. It was very clean. I loved how close I was to Lake Michigan, opening the window or sliding glass door let in the sound of the waves; it was great to go to sleep with. There is a small balcony with a table and chairs to sit out and look at the lake.

"The very friendly and courteous owners were available to help with luggage when we arrived and checked out. We have ambulatory challenges, so the stairs can be tough with our hands full. The property, the lobby area, and our suite were very inviting, clean, they smelled heavenly and were beautifully decorated. All were charming and appropriate. They started a campfire for us and there was a S'mores basket available! Breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning at the time we chose.
