"The room was great! staff was excellent! Check in went smoothly as did check-out. Have to admit the breakfast has gone down some as I recall there used to be more hot and ready-made items, but I am sure with staff reductions and money savings, going to more self-serve items to be warmed up and cleaner ways to make things (pancake maker rather than waffle maker) definitely helps. We stay with your facility once to twice a year and have always had a good visit. Thanks again."

"This is a newer property and it is lovely. Situated in a quieter part of Duluth and very close to Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge. Our room had a great view of the Duluth Harbor. It was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the staples of a continental breakfast like, fresh-made waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and great coffee.
