"This hotel is very big on size but very small in service.Manager's in BKK..The pool area,including WCs,is so dirty and they simply don't care!Pool tables full of chewing gums under.I told the front desk manager,she saw with her own eyes everything.After she said "You are right.This area is not proper for tourists to use".That says it all.The service in the Terrace restaurant is not good.Long time to serve and they put the aircon and the music in very high levels!Can't speak nor enjoy the dinner...

The surrounds, lawns and gardens are impeccable, the furniture is beautiful, and the restaurant serves incredibly lovely choice of food for breakfast.
