Bedroom with a double bed and access to the atrium, where the morning sun sends its first rays.

Basement: Bedroom with a sofa bed (180 cm), wardrobe, TV, and a small seating area. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. A large window facing the sea provides access to a small terrace. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor.
