Our spacious 3 room apartment is located on the second floor of a centrally located apartment house. It is warm and bright and invites you to relax and feel good.
The approximately 56 square meters are spread over a spacious living and dining area with flat screen TV. Adjacent is a spacious bright bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are two bedrooms available.
These can be darkened by external shutters well and have on the one hand a double bed and on the other two single beds both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.
We provide Wi-Fi as well as two bicycles with which you can explore the island.
The Conversationshaus is about 400m away as well as the beach, the milk bar can be reached in about 600m, the breakfast can be enjoyed after 100m to the nearest bakery on your own sunny balcony.
The permanent parking spaces are equally within walking distance.
The price refers to a rental period of at least 5 days.
For the final cleaning 60 € and per bed linen another 5 €.
Towels are available.
There is a floor below a washing machine and a dryer each with coin slot ready.
