The apartment "Nörddiek" is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people with a small child, from both bedrooms you have a view over the dike towards the island of Juist and the North Sea. Equipment of the apartment

Approximately 70 m², accommodation for 4 people, an additional small child is possible, a travel cot is available, private parking space in the courtyard, covered balcony with garden furniture invite you to linger.
kitchen
The kitchenette with oven and ceramic hob (including extractor hood), a refrigerator with freezer and your microwave leave nothing to be desired. The fitted kitchen presents itself with a comfortable seating group consisting of four chairs and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as - dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils, children's dishes and cutlery are also available.
living area
In the living room area you have a total of 3 seating options on a living room couch including a table. A cozy armchair with a stool forms the 4th Seat. A flat satellite TV, a DVD player including CD player complete your entertainment. From the living area you can access your covered south-facing balcony.

The beautiful daylight bathroom offers you: toilet, shower, hair dryer, a modern sink combination and many storage options.
The first bedroom
The first bedroom is on the level of the living area and is equipped with a comfortable bed 180 x 200 cm. A wardrobe with hangers is mandatory.
The second bedroom
This is located in the attic on the open gallery and can be reached via an internal staircase from the living area. The bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm) offers sleeping facilities for 2 people.
Bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers are available here, the skylight gives you a wonderful view of the North Sea.
storeroom
Here is among other utensils such as vacuum cleaners, dustpan & amp; Broom, drying rack with clothes pegs. Ironing boards and irons can be found in the common cellar. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
outdoors
Your outdoor area consists of a covered balcony (approx. 3.00 x 1.5m). This is equipped with a small table and 4 chairs including pads and back cushions. Due to the south-west orientation, you can enjoy the evening sun and end the evening. Your own parking lot is also directly at the house, as well as a storage room for bicycles in the basement with its own bike rack.

Use our comfortable laundry service. You will receive towels, shower towels, bed linen, dish towel, shower mat for a fee for each registered person.

Nörddiek
Apartment Nörddiek exudes great cosiness because of its lovingly arranged furnishings. A family of four will find all the comfort they need here. The large living area including television, satellite TV, DVD and CD player invites you to social evenings. What is special about this apartment is definitely the wonderful view of the North Sea, which you can enjoy from the upper floor.
The large eat-in kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition to the cookware, there is a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle available.
Two bedrooms belong to the Nörddiek apartment. The first including a double bed is on the same floor as the living area. The second bedroom can be found on the open gallery. Families with a baby or toddler are not only provided with a baby travel cot. The existing children's tableware also testifies to the child-friendliness of this holiday apartment.
The apartment also has a storage room in which utensils such as vacuum cleaners, dustpan & amp; Brooms and drying racks with clothes pegs are available. In the communal cellar you can also use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board.

Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. 70.00 euros per stay, further details about the service fee can be found under booking information.
The laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and a shower mat, two dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation. The beds are already made on arrival, the price for this is 13 euros per person per stay.
