Vacation home Lucky with pet

This large holiday home is located in the north and offers plenty of space for the whole family, furthermore, this holiday home has a cozy, privacy-protected garden, which offers enough space for sunbathing or barbecuing. Our cozy semi-detached house offers 100 m² for six people (seventh on request). Dogs are welcome, max. two (others on request).
The cottage has a living-dining area, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, quadruple toaster, coffee maker and Senseo machine.
There is also a dining area with seven chairs.
The living room consists of a large corner sofa with coffee table and satellite TV, and a Bluray player.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The other room has a single bed (90x200) and a dresser.
Upstairs there are two more large bedrooms. These are each equipped with a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In one of the rooms there is a cot and an additional TV.
The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, upstairs a bath.
In the storage room (under the stairs) is a washing machine available. You will also find a highchair there.
In addition, the holiday home Lucky includes a fenced garden with south-facing terrace. On the terrace you will find garden chairs and a large table. For cozy barbecues a barbecue is available. You can park your cars comfortably in the driveway.
The house is located in a dead end, the city center is about 500 m and the beach north / north dike about 5 km.
Behind the garden, the railway track runs towards the north dike, this runs hourly between 6 and 23 clock with max. 30 km / h, so no extreme noise pollution.
