The entire ground floor and first floor are tiled and the ground floor has underfloor heating. The loft has laminate flooring. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, i.e. wipeable floors throughout the house and bedding for allergy sufferers.

The harbour and beach are just a few minutes away and the city centre of Norden with its cultural facilities can be reached by bike in just ten minutes.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Pets are also not allowed.
