This tastefully furnished ground-floor holiday apartment (built in 2018) with exclusive use of the garden accommodates up to 4 people (plus a baby) and is situated in a quiet, central location. It offers a spacious living area of approximately 70 square meters and is accessed via a private entrance. During the summer months, the sunny terrace is furnished with a garden table and four garden chairs. An electric awning provides sun protection. Two folding garden loungers are located in the lockable outdoor storage room (with charging points for e-bikes), which can also be used for your own bicycles or sports equipment.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, kettle, coffee machine, and numerous kitchen utensils. In the open and light-flooded dining/living area, the comfortable corner leather sofa, with a view of the beautiful garden, offers a cozy place to relax, while the ambient lighting and a harmonious and bright color selection also ensure comfort. The flat-screen TV (Ultra HD) measures 55 inches!

Both bedrooms also have flat-screen TVs and reading lamps. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth in all rooms, and all rooms can be darkened with roller shutters (some are electric).

The master bedroom features a high-quality 2x2-meter box-spring bed, a spacious wardrobe with a linen compartment, and a chest of drawers. A travel cot (60x120 cm - please bring your own sheet and sleeping bag) can also be provided.

The two comfortable single beds in the guest/children's room are 0.90 x 2.00 meters. A wardrobe and a chest of drawers are also provided.

The bathroom, which is filled with natural light, features only high-quality materials. In addition to underfloor heating, it has a heated towel rail. The walk-in shower is 90x90 cm. An illuminated mirrored cabinet hangs above the sink. A hairdryer is located in the vanity unit.
