The apartment is bright and modernly furnished and offers plenty of space to relax.

A 1.80 x 2.00 meter double bed with 7-zone cold foam mattresses ensures a restful sleep. A wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample space for your holiday clothes.

In the living area, a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests. It is also just as comfortable as the armchair and footstool. The kitchen area features a table and four chairs, complementing the fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen includes a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. A microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are also provided.

The south-facing balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, invites you to relax and soak up the sun.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, a vanity mirror, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer. Underfloor heating provides a cozy feeling, especially in the mornings and evenings.


The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. For our younger guests, we provide a highchair, a travel cot, and a wagon. Storage is available for strollers and bicycles, including a power outlet for charging e-bikes.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

The stairs in the apartment lead to a private room.
