The Norddeich Perle 3 holiday apartment is a real highlight.
The high-quality apartment, which was completed at the beginning of 2017, enjoys a prime location: Here you live in the immediate vicinity of the dike and beach, as well as the lively town center with numerous shops and varied restaurants, as well as the harbor with the ferry docks to Juist and Norderney.
Up to four people can enjoy maximum comfort in the holiday apartment. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds.
The heart of the holiday apartment is the spacious kitchen, dining and living area. A noble mix of materials in subtle, warm colors dominates here. The seating area exudes comfort and invites you to linger. In addition to the usual cooking utensils and appliances, the chic fitted kitchen also houses additional comforts such as a microwave and a dishwasher.
Two bedrooms offer undisturbed night's sleep. One of them is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. A travel cot can be set up in both rooms for a baby or toddler who may be travelling with you. Both the living area and the bedrooms have been equipped with a new flat-screen TV including satellite TV.
A special highlight is the large, modern bathroom. There is a spacious floor-level glass shower here. A towel dryer and integrated underfloor heating also contribute to the cozy ambience.
Your holiday apartment also has its own balcony with an electric awning, which is also perfectly equipped for your stay.
