Centrally located, the apartment features 2 TVs, 2 Stressless armchairs, underfloor heating, a terrace with a beach chair, dishwasher, electric shutters, Wi-Fi, and additional floor heating in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Windows with electric shutters and real wood parquet flooring create a pleasant living atmosphere.



The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a built-in bathroom radio. Free internet is available. A 43-inch flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD/Blu-ray player provide entertainment even on rainy days. There is also a TV in the bedroom, a cot, and a high chair. The comfortable pull-out sofa bed with a real mattress (approx. 180 cm wide) ensures a good night's sleep.
