"I went there with 2 friends and this worked out well for us. It seems to be converted from 2 small apartments so the layout is a little odd but for 3 guys it was no problem. It lacks a common area other than the main kitchen area seen in pictures, the rear deck which is a really nice feature and a small deck in the front with a view of the greenway. "Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. (We were not locked out because my son was inside and could let us in).The apt looked just like the pictures and had everything...

"Home was Beaty inside and out, had all the necessities we needed! Stocked with towels , toilet paper , kitchen essentials and beds were extremely comfortable! Neighborhood is definitely not where I would have hoped it would be. Night time seemed a little more on edge there but it quiet for the most party. We enjoyed the stay, would have preferred a better neighborhood."

"The house is absolutely stunning, brand new. The backyard is a great size for a BBQ or playing corn hole. The rooms are a good size and the walk in closets are to die for! Locations is close enough to everything (within 10min drive) but far enough away that you do not get any noise traffic. The area is slowly being rebuilt so roads (like everywhere else in the US) have some potholes. We felt safe with the alarm on and were not worried about being out after dark. "We had an incredible stay at this New Orleans property for a bachelor party trip! The location was perfect—a short uber ride to Bourbon Street and other hotspots but still offered a quiet retreat when needed. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of room for our group to relax and have fun. The host was accommodating and responsive, making check-in seamless. Highly recommend for any large group coming to NOLA."

"Home is very big and spacious and very clean. We were in town for trial at Orleans Parish courts which were less than 4 minutes away. Home is centrally located which made it convenient to get to all New Orleans has to offer. Michael the host was very responsive to all communications. Plenty of parking in driveway and street. Definitely would recommend and plan on staying again!"

"The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!"

"We would definitely stay here again! Centrally located minutes away from all that New Orleans has to offer. The house is roomy, comfortable, and meticulously kept. We had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was easy and communication with our host superb. You can't go wrong with this property!!"

"Your house was perfectly suited for our family of 5 siblings and spouses. Very comfy king-size beds, private baths, (we loved the showers), beautiful kitchen including all the utensils needed to make meals and heat up leftovers. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area was very comfortable. The porches were wonderful with tables, chairs and rockers. We also enjoyed the artwork and musical instruments in the decor. Good location in the big city with easy access to the streetcar....

"The location is outstanding- especially with the streetcar right outside. It was very easy to get between all the places we wanted to go, least of which was the Quarter. The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders. Plenty of bath linens, comfortable beds,...

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
