"We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. "Prytania Pearl is a fantastic deal! Perfect location very close to St Chas streetcar and a variety of eating places, of which our favorite was right by the streetcar and served the best beignets we had all week. The flat is very clean with tons of thoughtful details included. With 2 small children, we really appreciated not having to buy any laundry detergent; she also lent us a brand new portable crib. "

"Great 2 day stay. Very attentive host (even provided travel size items - toothbrush with toothpaste, etc, which was super helpful), perfect communication. Very clean and inviting, just like the pictures. House sits on a somewhat busy street and traffic noise might bother light sleepers (sirens at night, etc). It is also right next door to CVS, which is very convenient. Would stay here again."

"We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great property with lots of room for extended family. We used Uber or Lyft for transportation rather than walking to catch the trolley since we’re an older group. "

"Paguei por apartamento com cama king quando cheguei não tinha disponível. Fui alocada num quarto com duas camas de casal no 3. Andar. SEM ELEVADOR. O apartamento estava com cheiro de mofo, sem luz no banheiro e tv sem acesso aos canais. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de apartamento, de acordo com o que haviamos pago. No café da manhã fomos destrados pela pessoa responsável que não queria repor o leite e os produtos faltantes, apesar de ainda estar dentro do horário para o café. Nos dias seguintes tivemos o mesmo problema, inclusive a gerente foi grossa ao explicar que não teria café porque não tinham produtos. Não recomendamos este hotel. "

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
