A second bathroom downstairs, complete with a bathtub, ensures there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Strictly no parties or events. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and gatherings including hens/bucks parties, Schoolies, birthday celebrations and sporting group events are not permitted.
If you're unsure whether your group is suitable, please enquire before booking. Breaches may result in additional charges, security deposit forfeiture and/or eviction.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.

All bookings are subject to owner approval, with confirmation provided within 24 hours where possible.
