"The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what...

"I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...

"It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again"

"Only downside was the bathroom. Nowhere to put shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in shower, except on the floor. Nowhere to put your clean clothes except on the toilet seat and biggest downside, no exhaust fan. One window with small screen at top totally inadequate and can’t leave window open, no security screen. Other than the bathroom, room was great."

"Quarto amplo e o banheiro também. A roupa de cama é excelente e as toalhas também! Tem bons shampoo e condicionador. O colchão é muito mole. O chuveiro é bom! Após horas dirigindo, um bom banho é fundamental!O ar condicionado é eficiente e ainda tem um ventilador de teto. O quarto tem uma varandinha com vista para o rio. O wi-fi é bom! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Leight!"
