Summer Wind Villa is your private pool retreat, about a 5-minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach: the beach, restaurants, nightlife, casinos and shops. The 2-story villa has 6 bedrooms, all with king beds and smart TVs, and sleeps 16. Two en-suites open right onto the pool. Out back, the walled yard has a 4.5-ft pool, sun loungers, a covered bar, swings and a table for 10, perfect for big family dinners and group getaways.

THE SPACE
Step inside Summer Wind Villa and you're greeted by an open, sun-filled layout with soaring ceilings, recessed lighting and oversized windows. French doors open to the private backyard, blending indoor comfort with Aruba's tropical climate. Stay cool with AC throughout, enjoy high-speed WiFi, and a tankless water heater means never-ending hot water.

Kitchen/Dining Room
The open-concept kitchen and dining area is wide, bright and perfect for gathering. A large dining table seats 10, with bar seating for 4 at the island. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel Samsung appliances, a 5-burner gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker. The sink overlooks the pool area, so you never miss the action outside, and a glass door leads directly to the backyard. For coffee lovers there's a Keurig dual system with both a full drip pot and K-cup option. You'll also find a toaster, Ninja blender, cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware for all your cooking needs. With large groups the ice maker may not keep up, so you may need to buy extra ice. Please do not put bags of ice into the ice dispenser, as it damages the motor.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Living Room
The spacious, open-concept living room features high ceilings, recessed lighting and plenty of natural light. A large sectional sofa makes it the perfect spot for relaxing or movie nights on the 55" smart TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps). French doors and a glass door connect directly to the backyard, so it's easy to step out to the pool or patio and enjoy the tropical breeze.

Outdoor Space
The private, walled backyard is designed for both relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the 10x23 in-ground pool (4.5 feet deep throughout), then stretch out on the sun loungers or gather at the large covered patio table for 10. The roofed outdoor bar has a sink, so you can sit comfortably in the shade with drinks or a meal. You'll also find a gas BBQ grill, adult-friendly swings and an outdoor shower, perfect after a swim or a day at the beach.

Bedrooms
There are 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 16. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms: 1 en-suite master and 3 bedrooms that share a bathroom. Each has balcony access (2 share the front balcony, 2 share the large pool-facing balcony). The 2 front bedrooms also have large windows, with views from the rooms and the front balcony of the Radisson Blu hotel and the Paseo Herencia shopping center. The 2 detached master suites overlook the pool: one has a king bed plus a twin trundle (a twin bed with an additional twin bed underneath), the other has 2 king beds. All bedrooms include king beds, smart TVs and balcony or patio access.

Bathrooms
There are 4.5 bathrooms: 3 en-suites (the upstairs master in the main house and both detached poolside suites), a full hallway bathroom upstairs shared by the other 3 upstairs bedrooms, and a half bath on the ground level of the main house. Each full bathroom has a stand-up shower with a modern glass panel and a detachable handheld shower head. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry Room
A separate laundry room in the backyard has 2 washers and 2 dryers for guest use. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Outdoor Games
Mega chess (oversized board and pieces), a ping pong table, regulation-size cornhole with bean bags, and Kan Jam with frisbee.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs and beach towels (one per person). We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Additional Amenities
Iron and ironing board, vacuum and safe.

Children
Please note the villa is not specifically childproofed. A baby crib (with fitted sheet) and a highchair are always provided. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. There are no outlet covers or safety gates for the stairs. The property is fully walled, but there is no fence directly around the pool.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. A lockbox is located at the front door; you'll receive the code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. Guests have full access to the entire villa, except the owner's closet in the main house, under the stairs that go up to the bedrooms. There is a gated driveway for your rental car, and street parking in front of the house if you have more than one car.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
