Great House - Great Location

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at this house. The house itself was spotless and laid out perfectly. Bedrooms were comfy. Bathrooms clean and functional. Kitchen was modern with everything you need if your planning on cooking some meals in. The outdoor space was awesome as well. Very private on a big lot with a beautiful swimming pool. There were loungers for everyone to use when you needed time away from the beach to just relax at the house. The location you definitely can’t beat. Not only are you in a quiet little neighborhood but only a 2 minute walk to the clear , amazing water. We spent most of our time setting up and staying at Tres Trapi . The whole week there was prime for great snorkeling and sunsets . Being less crowded in this area was a positive for us as well.

Beautiful home for the perfect getaway!

We were a party of 6 and we had enough space to do our own thing or hang out together. Upon arrival we were met by the property manager who showed us around and answered all of our questions. We settled in to our rooms and met on the deck before enjoying the pool. Everything you could want is right there for you such as beach towels, floats, shade, and chairs. It is very private in the back yard so you can relax and have a great time. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom so you do not have to run through the house wet. The pool is clean and wonderful. We did go to beaches since Aruba has the best around but really enjoyed our pool days. The house is wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are awesome with walk in showers and there is plenty of closet space. There is a safe to keep your belongings and if you leave the house, you can activate the house alarm. The area the house is located in is quiet and safe as the island overall is very safe. We were close to everything so traveling somewhere was not an issue. We spent a day at Baby Beach and that is at the other end of the island and was a 45 minute drive. Aruba is one of my favorite places to vacation and staying ay the house was a pleasure. The owner stopped by to make sure we were ok and the property manager was very responsive to us if we had a question. This is a five star rating and I highly recommend Aruba and this house! Added bonuses are that you can drink the water ( it is the best), you can tour the island and see some amazing sites, and you can trust the locals. Amazing vacation for us! Thank you and we will see you again!

Great house, best location!

The house was beautiful. The pool is situated amongst palm trees and it is not on a busy road so no noise from cars. It is very private. Excellent kitchen and great showers. It even has a bathroom next to the pool so you don’t need to go inside wet. It is a 2 min walk from Tres Trapis (snorkel with turtles) and 12 min walk from the fabulous Arashi Beach.

Beautiful stay at Malmok

This Villa was everything it said it is. It was nice and clean! Very spacious. The pool area was amazing. Would definitely book this Villa again!

Beautiful home on a beautiful island

The villa was excellent. It’s very close to the water. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It is out of the congested area of Palm Beach but just a mile away. There were 6 of us and the home was more than big enough for us to spread out.

Malmok Beach Break Villa

This was our first visit to Aruba. With a large family, we opted to rent a house instead of getting hotel rooms. I searched awhile before finding this beautiful villa. It was amazing and just like the pictures! Absolutely perfect. The house came with all the necessities needed to enjoy a great vacation. The way the back wall opens completely to let fresh air in by the pool made it easy for the whole family to enjoy each other no matter where you were sitting. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. Nightly walks to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunset were a breeze! The house’s location makes it easy to get anywhere on the island. The management and the owner were always a call away and responded immediately to any need we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! We are looking forward to our next visit to Aruba! We know where we will be staying!

Wonderful Home! Wonderful Location!

This home is as described! It was fresh, airy, clean and simple. Nothing lacking as far as making this rental a home for the week. We made great dinners at home and close enough to great restaurants. This home was convenient to beaches and plenty of water activities, as well as, just relaxing by the pool. The property managers were always available for questions and information about the house & island. I would certainly entertain the fact of returning with other couples or my family of 5 (20-23).

Don't look at other houses, just book it!

We just got back about a week ago from Aruba, and absolutely loved it! The house is gorgeous! We were a little nervous about booking it because you never know if the pictures have been taken to look really nice but in reality are not, don't be concerned with that at all, the pictures don't do it justice! It is right up the road from the beach and you can walk there in less than 5 minutes. The beach that is closest is mostly rocky, but there is a small cutout with steps down to the water, and also has the added benefit of being a fantastic snorkeling spot (seriously, if you do a day snorkeling trip this is one of the places the boat stops)! The one thing that we would have preferred differently would that it be set up with 2 master bedrooms (we went with another couple, both of us celebrating our anniversaries). It has one master bedroom, and then the other bedroom was set up with 2 double beds (there is also a third bedroom but that is set up with 2 singles). We had one minor issue and the owner himself personally came over to make sure that it was taken care of properly for us. Can not say enough good things about the house, the property management team, or the owner. Like I said in the title, if this house meets your needs, don't even look at anything else, just book it, you will be happy you did!

Disappointed

The house was very lovely. Very pretty setting and looks like the pictures. So if you like the pictures, you will love the house. It was very well stocked with everything you will need, except for wash cloths. The owner does not supply them, so if you are use to using them , you will need to take them. We rented the house because in the description it says "steps away from the beach". This is deceiving , although , it is down the street from the house and across the busy street. The disappointing part is that you "CAN NOT" even walk on it," No" sand. So the beach is of " No" use and you can't even see it from the house. We did not have hot water the whole time we were there. We called and they came 2 days later, but we still did not have hot water. We had cold showers for a week! I am coming back this February and I will not rent this house again, nor will I rent again from this owner on any other property he may own.

Awesome house!

Perfect family house for our time on Aruba. Layout was great for our family of 6. Plenty of room to relax inside or out. Lots of amenities for both living, pool area, and beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from most activities but definitely need a car. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect, Gorgeous, Don't hesitate - Will be back

This was out first stay at this amazing villa. We have our rentals in different locations around the USA. We know what it takes to offer a high level of hospitality and lodging. This one delivers everything you could want. This villa is built from the heart. Its perfect in all ways. Everything is exactly (maybe even better) as pictured. The location is superb. Walk a few steps to 3 different beaches. Drive a couple minutes to others. What more could you ask for? The check in and check out was smooth, professional and simple. If you have a question of want some advice its just a email away and you get an answer quickly. I can't say enough great things about our experience over all and I thank the owner for allowing us to enjoy this jewel they have created!
