Just a few steps from the town centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île and close to the beaches, this pleasant 110 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a warm and fully equipped setting, with a pleasant garden and a private swimming pool to make the most of the fine weather.



Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with a view of the private swimming pool, open from 1st April to 1st October. A 20 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share good meals in the open air and savour your summer evenings.



Inside, discover a beautiful welcoming and convivial living space. The lounge has a sofa and several armchairs, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Adjoining it, the dining area is arranged around a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people. A second dining area opens onto the outside with its large bay windows, so you can enjoy a meal together with a view of the garden. The kitchen, located in the adjoining room, is fully equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to prepare your meals as at home.



On the sleeping side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190) with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): two single beds (90x190) with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a King Size bed (180x200), a dressing room and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC



A private parking space is available on the grounds in front of the house gate. You can also store up to 6 bicycles in the house.



To make your stay more comfortable, the house is also equipped with a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a wine cellar.
