It has gas hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The large dining table will allow you to savour the delicious meals you will have prepared with family or friends, whilst enjoying the pleasant view of the garden. The lounge area, with its television, is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.

For sleeping, three comfortable bedrooms await you in the house: the first bedroom has a double bed (140x190), whilst the other two bedrooms have a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). A bathroom with hairdryer and WC will allow everyone to relax after a long day at the beach.

An annex will allow 2 other people to rest in complete peace and quiet: it has a double bed (140x190), a lounge area with sofa, coffee table and television and a kitchenette. A shower room and a separate WC complete the annex.



For added convenience, the house has a washing machine, tumble dryer and you can park 2 vehicles within the property.
