Welcome to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île where this lovely holiday home welcomes you for a comfortable stay. Located in a new housing estate, it is just a stone's throw from the town centre and only 2 km from the beaches, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers, (6 adults and 2 children). You will enjoy a fenced garden with a fitted terrace, barbecue and plancha for your outdoor meals. A heated swimming pool at 26 degrees and available from 15 April to 30 September will allow you to relax and enjoy the sun. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the island.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful living space open to the terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large table for 8 people or enjoy the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, relax in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The house has 3 bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140x190 cm). The last one consists of a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed suitable for 2 children.



A second bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer is at your disposal, as well as an independent WC for added comfort. After your beach returns, you will also appreciate the outdoor shower.



A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the laundry room.
