This charming 64 m² apartment, located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, will allow you to breathe in the sea air from the morning and settle on the balcony to savour a good cup of coffee. You will only have to go down in your swimming costume to bathe, sunbathe and enjoy an ice cream on the beach. Here, you will be able to admire the view of the ocean throughout the day.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in blue tones and with wood, creating a chic seaside atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is divided over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. This kitchen is open to the dining room where you will find a large table where you can enjoy delicious dishes and spend quality time together. The lounge offers a spectacular view of Plage des Dames beach. Settle comfortably on the sofa to admire the vastness of the ocean. In the evening, you can go to bed in the single bed below the stairs.

Upstairs, you will find a large bright bedroom, in light and soft colours, which makes it a cosy haven where you will want to rest. Here, you will find a double bed as well as a trundle bed.

For maximum comfort, you will also find a bathroom with toilet, a hairdryer, a balcony, a television and a parking space.
