Semi-detached country house of approximately 48 m² with a large private terrace and pergola, all within a shared enclosed courtyard - sleeps 4 - comprising a living room with dining and lounge areas, a fireplace with a non-functional insert, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen - shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, a sleeping area with a queen-size bed and, adjoining it, another sleeping area with trundle beds. Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers, 4-burner ceramic hob, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, pergola with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers, 3 tulip chairs, bicycle rack. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a large wardrobe, and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard; a very small children's bedroom adjoining the master bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed and a 90 cm pull-out bed; shared enclosed grounds with two other small houses; street parking or a car park 200 m away. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning service available for €80.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can visit the Gois passage, which the Tour de France has used several times, fish for clams and cockles, walk in the holm oak forest bordering the Plage des Dames, enjoy the aquatic park with your family, taste the "bonnotte", the famous new potato, depending on the season, and feast on seafood. And of course, you can relax on our beautiful sandy beaches and go for long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And if you fancy a trip to the city, Noirmoutier is 1 hour from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the African Safari.
