The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its secluded location on the edge of the woods. Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Large ground-floor structure, a few steps from the forest. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency pull cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of October with views of the surroundings saltwater 4 m x 10 m 1.4 m deep).

Kitchen (15 sqm, walkthrough room) with electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster and electric kettle. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
