All units have air-condition and you have a free private parking spot in the front of the house. The villa and the parking spot are equipped with surveillance cameras.

* About the apartment:
Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a private Villa – no elevator and has two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, balcony and terrace.
On the upper terrace (private access from the apartment) there is a large swimming pool of 24 square meters, deck chairs with beach towels and a motorized awning.
In the living room, in addition to two comfortable sofas, there is also a folding extra bed for one person.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle and fridge with freezer, so you can prepare any kind of tasty meals. Balcony has a grill, table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner.
Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed (1 queen, 1 king), built-in wardrobe and TV.
The bathroom has a walk in rain shower and hair dryer. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available. We provide you iron and ironing board too.
You get Wi-Fi high-speed internet in every room, even on the terrace and the pool, clean linen towels and pool towels, all free of charge.
If you stay longer, 14 nights you will get one room service free of charge, which means cleaning, changing the towels and bed lining.
