We rent out our comfortable 3 room mezzanine flat in Regensburg-Nittendorf. It is an ideal base for exploring Regensburg and the surrounding area. The accommodation is close to several hiking trails / the centre of Regensburg / the Donau Arena / the Kaiser Therme / the Walhalla / the Danube Gorge.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 balcony, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. The living room can easily be converted into a third bedroom thanks to a comfortable box spring sofa (sleeping area 160x200cm).

Parking:
You can park your car directly in front of the house.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped: NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc.

Living room:
Either relax in front of our (electric) fireplace or make yourself comfortable in front of the 43" HD Smart TV with satellite connection and play a game of Nintendo Switch.

South facing balcony:
Equipped with a seating area, 2 sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue.

Sleeping comfort:
You will sleep in two comfortable box-spring beds: a king-size bed (180x200cm) in one bedroom and a single bed (100x200cm) in the other. There is also a sofa bed (160x200cm) in the living room which can sleep 2 more people if required.

Bathroom:
You can start your day perfectly in the renovated daylight bathroom. It is equipped with everything you could want in a home: shower, ionic hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and soap. And if you need to do your laundry, you can use the washer-dryer and clothes horse.

Workplace:
A desk with a curved screen, mouse and keyboard in one of the bedrooms allows you to work in the apartment. WLAN is also available.

Location:
Very central location, everything within easy reach:
- You'll find everything you need for a great stay in the neighbourhood: Restaurant (400m), supermarket (1km), bakery (1km), pharmacy (3km) etc.
- The A3 motorway is only a few minutes away.
- Undorf Nittendorf train station is 1.9km away. From there you can reach Regensburg main station in a short time (regional train 13 minutes/3 stops).

The apartment is on the mezzanine level, accessible via a few steps and is for your exclusive use.

We provide high quality bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel and a coffee/tea set.

Additional services:
The Weber barbecue is to be cleaned by the guests themselves after use - the equipment is provided. If the barbecue is not cleaned, an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged.

A registration form stating your nationality must be completed before check-in. Foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport before check-in. This is an official requirement.
The access code for the check-in will only be sent after receipt of this information or a copy of the ID for foreign guests.
