"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. "After walking around the quaint town of Wilmington, we couldn't decide where to go for dinner. We went to the bar to taste test the beer and ended up ordering a pizza. The bartender gave us ice to take upstairs. The building is an older building and has many eccentricities. We loved staying here and will stay again if in the neighborhood."
