"Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. "My stay at Columbus Inn was very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and clean. We did have trouble figuring out the cable on the TV, and the breakfast wasn't great, but the price was wonderful and we felt safe. I would readily stay there again."
