The approximately 21 m² studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The centrepiece is the combined living, dining and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a small, well-equipped kitchenette. Here you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient crockery for two people. A dining table as well as satellite/cable TV and a powerful air conditioning system (for a fee) provide additional comfort.



The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are of course included in the price and are regularly changed.



A real highlight is the spacious, partially covered terrace, which is available for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the greenery and a side view of the sea, read, or simply enjoy the sun. Lounge furniture and a table with chairs make this area an extended living room outdoors. Direct access to the communal garden with a sunbathing lawn and barbecue area rounds off the offer.



For your vehicle, a free parking space is available directly at the house. WiFi is freely available throughout the property. Upon request and for a fee, you can use the communal washing machine.



The hosts live in the same house and are always happy to help you with any questions or requests. You also benefit from discounted parking tickets (50% discount) for the surrounding sandy beaches - both approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance away.



Nin is also a popular spot for kitesurfers, with course offerings on the nearby Ždrijac beach. Other leisure activities such as windsurfing, cycling, beach volleyball or cultural excursions are quickly accessible - as are cafés, markets and museums.
