The luxurious Villa Sun Ray is everything you have always dreamed of! It is located in Zaton, just 2 km from the town of Nin and 11 km from the city of Zadar. The nearest beach is only 45 meters away, which is an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy the Adriatic Sea.
The villa was built in a modern style in 2022, and can accommodate a maximum of 9, and optimally 8 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for the whole family and friends. The living room has a sofa and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a TV. One bedroom has also 1 extra bed. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and each of them also contains a safe. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron.
The outdoor terrace will delight you the most because it offers a lot: an outdoor heated saltwater pool measuring 100 m2 and 1.5 meters deep, a 27 m2 garden enclosed by glass walls, and a sunbathing area on the roof of the villa. In addition to the swimming and massage part of the pool, there is also a shallow part of 20 cm deep, ideal for children. There is also a Fire pit and an outdoor gas fireplace. You can use 10 sun loungers, and the villa also has 1 parasol.
Since Villa Sun Ray is a ground floor villa, it is also suitable for people with disabilities.
If you like to be active even though you are on vacation, you can play table tennis, and there is a bicycle path near the villa.
The yard is completely fenced and offers private parking spaces.
