This house is in quiet surroundings, right by the Miljašić River, which culminates in the Nin bay. It is about 1200 metres into town, which is one of the oldest in Croatia.

The roofed terrace is the ideal place for relaxing. It has plenty of terrace furniture. The garden also has a roofed grill area. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and pets. Parking spaces are available on site.

The ground floor of the house measures around 50m² and the living space totals 80m² including the gallery. The lower floor has a combined living and dining room with a kitchen area. It has a seating group with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, a fireplace oven, a DVD player and a TV with a satellite receiver. The kitchen provides all the basics, along with a gas stove, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Stairs lead up to the gallery, which has two low double beds and a single bed. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant room temperature.

It is about 700 metres to the beach and about 900 metres into the town centre with its shops and restaurants.

Please note that this house can only be accessed along a gravel track about 300 metres long. The house also has a little pedalo available for use.
