This modern, semi-detached holiday home is located on the beautiful Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, which opened in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away. The holiday home with wellness facilities is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs you have two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds in a double setup, both with ensuite bathrooms, one featuring a bath, shower and toilet and one featuring a shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV with streaming function. The garden doors offer access to the garden with terrace and garden furniture. For optimal relaxation, you will also find your own outdoor wellness oasis here. There is a nice sauna, whirlpool and outdoor shower. There's parking for one car at the holiday home. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car. At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.
