The Space:
Sirocco Parkside has a beautifully designed open kitchen, living and dining area. With its large sliding windows leading out onto the balcony, you can expect a beautiful view of the harbor channel and the Maritime Park of Nieuwpoort. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated, making you want to explore every room as soon as you arrive! The living room features a spacious sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect place to relax with your loved ones and a delicious glass of wine! The dining area in turn features a spacious table with sofa and chairs, then when you open the windows you can enjoy your meal with a view.

The large kitchen is ultra-modern. You have everything you need to easily prepare a tasty meal, as the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. You can also enjoy the beautiful view while cooking!

Once you get to the balcony you will really relax, it has plenty of garden furniture and is really spacious, allowing you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day!

Furthermore, Sirocco Parkside is equipped with 2 large bedrooms; both with a double bed. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. For the other guests there is also a second bathroom. Both are equipped with a walk-in shower. Another sofa bed can be found in the living room, allowing 6 guests to stay in the apartment.

To top it off, during your stay at Sirocco Parkside you can make use of a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the apartment has its own spacious garage (possible for cars up to 1m90). See you soon then? :-)

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
