The Space:

Upon arrival at 4-Beaufort, you step straight into the cosy living area with an open-plan kitchen. Thanks to the large sliding glass door, the living room is filled with natural light and offers direct access to the balcony, the perfect spot to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The living room also features a comfortable sofa that converts into a single sofa bed, as well as a TV.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. All beds are made up with high-quality bed linen upon arrival, so you can start your holiday without a worry.



The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a washbasin. Towels are also provided. In addition, the hallway gives access to a separate toilet and a practical storage room with a washing machine, which you can use free of charge during your stay.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
