This high quality houseboat is beautifully located just a few kilometers from the beach, the sea and the center of Nieuwpoort.



The floating house is suitable for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. On the front and upper deck you can relax, there are 2 deck chairs available. The houseboat has a nice place in the marina Marina Westhoek, with an unobstructed view of a canal and a pasture. You can vacation in the house all year round. The living room with open kitchen is furnished in a modern style. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are several terraces, the largest of which is the sundeck, which is accessible via a spiral staircase.



The area and this place are perfect to be discovered on foot or by bike. In the immediate vicinity is the nature reserve IJzermonding, where many birds nest. The center of Nieuwpoort with many stores and restaurants is within walking distance. The beach with restaurants, surf stores and rental of sun beds etc. is only 4 km away. Nieuwpoort is one of the many seaside resorts on the Belgian coast, which are connected by a daily and regular coastal train. A very nice way to explore the coast. For families with younger children, Plopsaland De Panne, just a 20-minute drive away, is a nice destination for a day trip. The coastal towns of Ostend, Koksijde, De Haan, Blankenberge, Westende and Bredene are only a short drive away. The art city of Bruges is also easily accessible (45 km) and Ghent (75 km). Veurne and Diksmuide are also worth a visit.



You can fish here, but a fishing license is required. You can get this at the marina. You can also rent a sloop at the marina, which is suitable for about 6 people. It is advisable to book this in advance directly at the marina.
