The "Chestnut Tree" apartment is located next to the "Bamboo Forest" apartment in the green-roofed house and has a separate entrance. Real wood floors, a covered terrace, a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large shower room with underfloor heating ensure a comfortable holiday.

The large natural grounds offer plenty of space for everyone to run around (unfenced). There's a children's swing next to the football field and a ping-pong table. A drying room is available for fishing and sports equipment, and there's a lockable bicycle garage with a charging station for e-bikes. A wallbox is also available for your electric car.

A sofa bed is provided if you prefer separate sleeping arrangements. For additional guests, there is a double room next door (Swallow's Nest) with its own bathroom, which can be rented separately.
