This 90 m² semi-detached house is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday. Set on a mature garden plot, it offers ample space for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children plus 1 baby). The bright semi-detached house features a comfortable living and dining area on the ground floor. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace and the lovely garden.

The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy spending time together.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms furnished with double and single beds.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds pushed together and another with a single bed.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed (for children) and a baby cot. A further cozy bedroom in the attic has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) which offers a view of the neighboring island of Amrum on sunny days.

There is a shower room on both the ground floor and the first floor; the first floor also includes a washing machine.

The house is allergy-friendly, therefore pets are unfortunately not allowed.

For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi are provided.
