Interaction with guests

We welcome guests from all walks of life and enjoy meeting and interacting with you. We personally welcome everyone to our flat and hand over the keys, followed by an introduction to the cats and a briefing on use of household equipment.

For your convenience we would be more than happy to carry out some food shopping, this will allow you to not worry about the basics so you can just enjoy your stay.

* During the winter we can also arrange to have a few days worth of wood available for the fireplace, for a reasonable price. *

Occasionally, if agreed upon, we will also stop by the flat and check up on the cats :)

Getting Around

Other than Taxis that can be called on demand. You can find a bus stop within a 2-minute walk from the apartment. With a relatively low cost, you can find your way to the city centre or walled old city in a few minutes.

Furthermore, car rental services are available.

The property has enough free parking for your convenience.

If you are arriving in Cyprus, arrangements can be made for a taxi driver to meet you and bring you to the flat in Nicosia, alternatively, the shuttle bus can also take you into town.

* Please also note, on some occasion, if it is at a convenient time, location and we are available, we can come and pick you up and take you directly to the flat, for an additional cost. *

- Two (2) Cats reside at this property.
- If agreed upon, I will visit occasionally to check on the cats.
- Please do not let the cats outside of the flat.
- Please feed and give water to the cats daily.
- Please turn off air conditioning/heating units and lights when not in use.
- Please take the trash to the green bin outside the building.
- Please do not cut on the kitchen counter use the cutting boards provided.
- Please do not put hot pans or pots on the kitchen counter use the boards provided.
- Please keep the property clean.
- Please water the plants if you see that they are dry
